What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit / debit cards. We take online payment security very seriously and do not store, or have access to, your credit / debit card details.

Do you offer customisation services?

Unfortunately we cannot offer customisation services, including changing the styling or functionality of the theme. Nor can we provide support for any issues that may arise from modifications made to the theme’s code, styling or functionality. We recommend that if you wish to customise your theme that you hire a professional web developer to help you.

What is your refund policy?

Because our themes are digital, non-tangible and cannot to be returned, we are unable to offer a refund after you have made your purchase. However please know we are here to help and happy to assist you with any pre-sale questions http://sculptureqode.com/have-a-question/.

Note: if you are having issues with getting our themes to function correctly  you can raise a support ticket with us to help get the issue resolved.

I have purchased the wrong product, can I have a refund?

If you have purchased the wrong product or made your purchase in error and we can see you have not downloaded any of the product files, we are able to offer a full refund or exchange.

Once I have made a purchase through your site, how do I download the theme files?

Once your order has been processed and payment has been received, you will be directed to a page where you can download your theme files. You will also receive a confirmation email with this same download link. Please note: this download link is only valid for 24 hours.

If you have made the payment but haven’t received your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please get in touch with your purchase ID and we will get the files you have paid for over to you as soon as possible.

Can you help me set up my purchased theme to look like the demo?

Yes that’s no problem. We can install your theme to look like the demo within 30 days of purchase. We would need you to provide us with your license key, domain name and WordPress login details, you can do this by filling in the form here: sculptureqode.com/request-installation/ or raising a ticket on our dedicated support system, sculptureqode.ticksy.com, and we will be more than happy to help.

Can I install your themes on my WordPress.com hosted site?

Unfortunately no, all of our themes can only be installed on your own self-hosted WordPress site.

Can I upload my own logo to the header of your themes?

Yes of course! In the WordPress dashboard, simply go to the WordPress customiser under Appearance > Themes and there will be the option for you to upload your logo here. This applies for all our themes.

Can I use e-commerce plugins with your themes?

You can install e-commerce plugins, however our themes are not specifically built for e-commerce plugins, such as WooComerce, and we cannot guarantee that they will be fully compatible. We cannot offer support for any third-party e-commerce plugins that you install.
